Graston Technique

Graston Technique breaks down and releases scar tissue.  Scar tissue is the body's natural way of healing an injured area.  In most cases scar tissue can form in excess and prevent fluid movement of muscles, tendons, ligaments and surrounding tissue.  When someone says they feel "tight" or have pain with movement, they are experiencing the binding effect of scar tissue. The Graston Technique utlizes patented stainless steel instruments, uniquely shaped to treat different areas of the body.
