Comprehensive Physical

Pre-Season Physical-T.E.A.M. CLINIC performs basic orthopedic sports physicals standard pre-season sports physicals for school athletes. Most schools will give the athlete a document asking for a certain type of physical. T.E.A.M. Clinic will ask that the form be faxed over prior to the appointment.
