Low Back Pains

Most back pain occurs in the lumbosacral region, or the low back. Overuse, muscle strain or injury is often the cause of low back pain. Back pain is referred to as acute or chronic. Acute low back pain often lasts for a short amount of time (3 months or less). Chronic low back pain lasts more than 3 months and often returns. Treatment for low back pain is often effective.
